Back on Track

I almost wrote this last night.  It was such a relaxing evening and then I realized it was SATURDAY!!!  I still had one more day without work!  So I just stayed off of the computer.  It was wonderful!

Anyway, as I mentioned the other night, I recommitted to WW.  I overslept, but I did go weigh in.  Shockingly I actually lost 1.8 pounds in the last 2 weeks!  I'm down to 257.2 pounds.  That's a total loss of  12.8.  It's been very, very slow!  Right now it feels good to be back on track.  Let's hope I can keep it up the rest of this week. 

On thing I'm learning is that I just need to keep taking things one day, one hour, one meal, even one bite at a time!
