I am such a space cadet! I didn't even realize that I forgot to post something yesterday until just a few minutes ago. I think I'm going to have to start posting in the late afternoon. I'm just too tired at night before bed.
It felt so good to swim last night! I really needed the exercise. Even though it wasn't a strenuous workout, it was about 2,000 yards and it felt good to move. I must have really spaced out afterwards.
Eating wise, it wasn't my best day. I ended up swinging by Mickey D's not once, but twice! First, I had to fast for a blood draw and I had an annual doctor's visit. One thing that was really nice to see was that I had lost 25 pounds from last year's appointment! That made my day! I was so hungry afterwards that I just needed something before the drive home and the calls started.
After I got home it was constant calls. I don't know why it's so tiring to sit on the phone. It doesn't help that they now last until 6pm.
I'm not sure if you guys have every heard of Dream Dinners. You prepare a bunch of meals at once, freeze them and you are set for about a month. The last few months have been meals that have had high Points Plus values so I haven't gone in a while. This month they has some leaner options and I stocked up.
Now that the freezer is stocked up I just need to plan my meals and I'm good to go. They even had a bunch of veggies.
Tomorrow afternoon looks fairly free so I'm hoping I can get some work done and before I head to the pool.
