Well today I was up 1.4 pounds at weigh it. I wasn't too surprised with the week I've had. Still disappointing, but sad. It feels like I should be further along than I am. Even though 1) I missed last week's meeting 2) I haven't been tracking 2) I haven't been planning..... let's see, why am I up this week???
On another note, I did the same thing I did on Wednesday night. I got home from swimming and was a basket case. I just sat down and vegged in front of the TV. We did 2,950 yards last night and it felt really good.
Tonight we have a book club birthday. My goal for tonight is to not get popcorn at the movie. Last time we went to the movies after dinner, the popcorn made me feel really ill and I realized that I generally ate at the movies out of habit. Not that I was hungry.
